I'm an MSK Physiotherapist with a strong belief in helping you optimise your body's performance, whether that's for your sport, your training, or simply moving well in daily life.

 

My understanding of body mechanics – how muscles engage to achieve correct and efficient movements – inspired me to become a Physiotherapist. This foundation was strengthened by three years of running my own successful sports massage business throughout my studies. Now, I apply this expertise to help you move without pain and get the very best from your body.

I currently run Lucas Stevens Physio alongside my full time work as a MSK Physiotherapist in the NHS

Qualifications:
- BSc Physiotherapy (First Class Honours)

- ITEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Massage

- Medical Acupuncture & Dry Needling

- Practitioners Diploma in Myofascial Cupping

- Adult, Child and Infant basic life support and automated external defibrillator trained

- Manual handling trained
